It's hard to believe that Registration time is here already! I can't overstress how important it is for you to respond on or before the Registration DEADLINE: August 15. I need to know as much information as possible about your available times so that I can make a schedule. We will begin classes after Labor Day this year on Tuesday, September 7, 2015. Attached to this e-mail and on my website (www.JudyMoslak.com) you should find all the documents necessary to register for piano lessons, plus info on Festival and MMTA SAT. To register, parents of current students should send (by US mail) all of the following the 1.Times Available Sheet, 2. Registration Form, 3. Student Info Sheet 4. Video and Photograph Release Form (detached from the end of the Policy Sheet) 5. One check for $65.00 Books/ Fees deposit, plus any books/fees owed from the previous year, plus 6. at least one month’s tuition to me before August 15, 2015 Please include all six items. Please read every word of the Policy Sheet, especially the Make Up policy and directions for filling out the Times Available Sheet. Very important… I hope to start making out my schedule on August 16. It’s very important that I have everyone’s Times Available Sheet in front of me when I do this. Please fill in every slot with “yes”, “no” or “?” in case it might be possible to schedule a Group Lesson or extra lesson at that time. With luck and everyone’s timely response, I will e-mail you the new schedule as soon as possible so that students will know what time to come on when lessons begin September 6. Please confirm your time by e-mailing me as soon as possible after I publish the schedule. Lessons for the fall semester will begin on Tuesday, September 7, 2015. Students scheduled for Mondays will receive a make up lesson for the one they will miss on Labor Day. Please be sure I have your info by the August 15th deadline so I can factor in your lesson time requests when I make out the schedule. I don’t like to start making the schedule until I have everyone’s special requests in front of me. If even one person comes in late, it can impact everyone else’s assigned time.
