Lana Shulman received her musical training at the Moscow Conservatory, the Mozarteum in Saltzburg, Austria and the Julliard School of Music in New York. She is a certified music teacher, has taught elementary vocal music in the schools, and serves as an accompanist for secondary choir programs, church choirs and Solo/Ensemble Festivals.  Ms. Shulman also has a degree in Computer Science and has held positions at Ford Motor Company as a computer programmer and analyst. Currently, Ms. Shulman works as a Business Systems Analyst at Kalitta Air. She continues to teach private piano lessons and perform chamber music concerts in the area. She is a Charter Board Member of the Pebble Creek Chamber Orchestra of the Orchard Lake Philharmonic Society.


Judy Moslak received her musical training at Marygrove College in Detroit. She taught elementary vocal music in Detroit and Farmington for over 30 years before retiring several years ago. Since then, she has concentrated on teaching private piano lessons and playing piano ensemble music.  In recent years she has attended International Piano Workshops in Austria, France, Germany. Poland and Norway.


Ms. Moslak is an active member of Friends of Four Hands, Oakland Piano Teachers Forum and the Livonia Area Piano Teachers Forum. She has been on the state speaker list for Michigan Music Teachers Association and occasionally gives workshops in how to use technology in the piano studio. Ms. Moslak is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Music Department at Madonna University, Livonia, MI, teaching music education and music methods classes there. Ms. Moslak is the founder of the Pebble Creek Chamber Orchestra (2003) and founder/President of the Orchard Lake Philharmonic Society (2005).


Lana and Judy have performed duo-piano works by Bach, Mozart, Rachmaninoff, Saint-Saens and Piazzolla at Friends of Four Hands meetings, Saturday Soirees and PCCO FUNraisers. They have also performed concerts at the Jewish Community Center in Oak Park (2006) and the Troy Public Library (2006). Their next concert is scheduled for Sunday, September 14, 2008 at 3:00 at the Troy Public Library.
